This hotel is located in a perfect location, so close to the tunnelbana, bus stops and ferries. I enjoyed being so close to Gamla Stan and being able to stop back at my hotel room in between activities. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was also glad to have access to the luggage room as I arrived much earlier than check in time. The staff were very friendly and I was offered extra towels whenever I would see a staff member in the hallway. The room is very basic but it was very clean and provided the perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room is very quiet. No windows and below ground level. It is somewhat of a maze to find your room. My biggest complaint is lack of information on luggage storage when you arrive. Host is "hidden" and it took a while to find where the office was. A sign on luggage door encouraged me to scan and pay. It turns out this is for insurance, not to store luggage. The kiosk was no help in getting me a key to storage room. I finally tracked down host and got key. Once you get inside the storage room, there is a sign that says storage is free. But until you get to that point, it appears you must pay. Very frustrating. A little more signage on where host is and that storage is free (outside of the locked door) would go a long way.

The good things were location and cleanliness. But I did not enjoy my stay because you can hear people in the hallway and other rooms quite clearly. Without earplugs you would be kept up from doors ect. One of the worse hotels I’ve been in for soundproofing.

This is such an interesting place. Staff was fantastic and everything was just great. We KNEW going in that there were no windows. Thought it wouldn't bother us much - but it did seem sort of weird and creepy. But we got over it. The location was perfect as it was right by a convenient Metro stop and close to good restaurants.

Great location but no ventilation (Non-window room

Great location. We booked the non-window family room with bunk bed for the kids. However I expected the room would have some form of central ventilation which wasn’t working, the room became so hot and stuffy when four of us were in there at night. Despite contacting the property and sending messages, I received no reply which was very disappointing. So beware of booking the non-window room.

Great Location

The hotel was ideally placed to visit everything Stockholm has to offer. It was a 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan and about 30 minutes to the city centre. If you didn't want to walk Slussen station is across the road. The staff were very friendly and kept the hotel spotlessly clean. We were here for 4 days, and would certainly stay here again.
