Fick ett rum som var halva storleken av det vi bokat och betalt för. Kompakt möblering utan plats för bagage eller möjlighet att hänga upp kläder. Fungerande köksdel, men rummet verkade inte vara tänkt att bli ett hotellrum. Bra badrum. Hade trots vårt påpekande inte fått länk till betalning och inpassering. Nästan två timmars försening utanför lokalerna. Personalen försökte, men verkade inte ha behörighet eller kompetens.

Det dåliga betyget är pga att det var jätte kallt i lägenheten när vi kom. Endast 16 grader. Upplevde att jag fick ett nonchalant bemötande när jag påtalade det. Tog ett dygn innan golvvärmen på toaletten blev varm och värmde upp lägenheten något.

Det lovas tvål och schampo men inget av det finns. Störande grannar och alldeles för kallt, golvet är också väldigt kallt. Dålig service när man ringer deras nummer. I övrigt var sängen skön och man saknade inget i köket förutom en stor sax.
