The hotel never got the booking change from hotels.com. While I appreciate that I was refunded for my hotel, it was a staff party so my staff and I had to wait an hour in the lobby only for everyone to say, you can get a refund in 7-10 business days and rebook now. The disconnect never got fixed and giving me a refund for a room that I can’t stay in that will take 7-10 days to hit my card and asking me to shell out more money (as full price) to get my staff party happen feels exploitative.

Rooms were clean and no one complained about the beds, so all good there. Breakfast food was good, but evening snack food from kitchen has room for improvement. Staff was also friendly. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Thanks.
