Clean room, quiet to most places we have stayed,staff on the desk are not the most helpful, the Young’s lads on the door are. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toast with preserve . We asked to book a trip for us they don’t do that, they missed out there on money. Phantip travel are only ten minutes down the road and they are very good - extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

Lovely hotel centrally located

Just stayed one night but we really enjoyed it. It's clean, well layed out and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ample parking for cars in front of and in the basement of the hotel. It's close to everything, restaurants, 7/11's, pharmacy. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel is excellent. We booked the executive suite. It was well worth it . Very very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. In the city center of everything. The restaurant right outside is delicious great owners very sweet. 7/11 nearby. I recommend this hotel if your in Surrat . 10 plus for this hotel .
