We had to check in fairly late and the process was really easy and convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy, and the hotel was lovely.

There was some ants in our room. Overall not bad. Restaurant was good closed hour before advertised. Indoor pool was a little cold but nice size just shallow at only 3.5 feet. South tower is along way from the restaurant no room service.

The hotel was very nice and in good condition. Lovely views. Pleasant and helpful staff. Only downside was not getting the ice and snow off the parking lot, but it’s probably harder this far south.

The staff was warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast, which was well attended and plentiful. I found the beds very firm for my personal preference, but overall we thought the hotel was great and definitely plan on staying there again the next time we’re in the area.
