Relax in this luxurious, modern villa, set in the unspoiled Istrian countryside! Villa Erla can sleep up to 6 people and is the ideal holiday destination for a family or friends who want to escape into nature, but not be too far from the action!

The contemporary villa encourages outdoor living, with a shaded veranda overlooking the private pool and garden. The veranda is furnished with a dining table, chairs, BBQ and outside sink, for easy meals al fresco. During the day guests can relax on the sun loungers by the pool. There is also a mini outdoor exercise area and a children’s play area next to the pool.

Elegant glass doors lead from the veranda into the spacious living area. The airy living room is full of light thanks to glass doors that open onto the terrace by the pool. It is furnished with contemporary pieces, including a vibrant orange corner sofa, plus a large flat-screen TV and a table football set. Further down the room, there is a dining table for 8 people, which is next to this is the stylish fitted kitchen. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king-size double bed, a dressing table/workspace, a flat-screen TV, a large wardrobe and French windows leading out onto the balcony where guests can enjoy panoramic views. It also has an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: An airy, first-floor bedroom, furnished with a king-size double bed, dressing table, flat-screen TV and a wardrobe, plus an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom is on the ground floor and opens directly onto the terrace/garden. It is furnished with a king-size double bed, a dressing table, extensive wardrobes and a flat-screen TV. There is also an en suite bathroom.

Bathrooms
All 3 en suite bathrooms are beautifully appointed with glass showers, basins and WC’s.
There is an additional WC on the ground floor.

Location
On the edge of the village of Paradiz, the villa is in a wonderfully quiet location, but the town of Labin is just 10 minutes away and Rabac, on the coast, is 20 minutes. The area is packed with things to do for an active holiday. Visitors can hire bicycles in Rabac; hike through stunning countryside; hire a speedboat or sailing dinghy and go horse riding. The nearby beaches such as Plaza Girandella (27 minutes) have crystal clear water, ideal for scuba diving.


For self-catering Labin’s daily market (15 minutes) is a treasure trove of the freshest local fish, vegetables and fruit. There is also a supermarket in the town, banks, pharmacies and all the amenities necessary for a relaxed holiday.

The ancient city of Pula (1 hour) makes a fascinating day trip. A visit to its stunning Roman amphitheatre is a must. There are many other Roman sites to explore, as well as the seafront and antique harbour.

Pula International Airport is just 50 minutes away.

The property is ideal for families and guests looking for a quiet and relaxing stay; parties, celebrations and similar events are not permitted.
