Conveniently located near train and metro stations making it easy to access all the sights. Friendly book in and check out. Excellent service in the restaurant for both casual coffee and meals in the restaurant. Great room with an excellent view from the 19th floor, including the entertaining chaps in the office block opposite. Two minor downsides - firstly was that the tv channels to select were underwhelming (minor issue with minimal impact on my enjoyment of my stay); secondly was that I thought the cleaning service would remake the bed on every visit to the room but they only did this on the first occasion - again a very minor issue that had little to no impact on my stay. Overall an excellent stay.

The hotel is lovely and modern, very clean and safe. Located within a minute walk of my office and very convenient to stores, restaurant and supermarket. There are no signs in the lobby describing how to find reception. Sadly the kitchen was closed for my visit. There is no power point in the bathroom which was inconvenient for hairdryer use. I slept poorly due to size of pillows, I suggest providing small and large pillow would have been wonderful. I woke up with a sore back both days. overall It was a lovely room, but I didnt enjoy my stay as much as I could have

Hotel A/C did not work. Room reach 24.5°C and there was no way to open windows and no airflow. Staff did not have a way to fix air conditioning and there were no fans available for air circulation. Rooms were very dark, making it almost impossible to get ready in the mornings using the mirrors in the bathrooms. Did not receive VIP upgrade, nor compensation for the room for the air-conditioning and sleepless nights.
