The twin rooms were pretty decent convenient spacious with kitchen and breakfast were good nothing bad to say other then update but liked prices were fare considering neighbouring hotels didn’t have parking and complimentary breakfast I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Property is on a busy main road, which is very convenient for using the public transport system and a supermarket. Bring earplugs and an eyemask and you should sleep fine from the noise and outdoor lighting. Clean accommodation, but a little dated. Breakfast was included which is like an inflight food box in your room. Allows late check-in with clear communication of how to achieve that. Good value for money, nice to have a microwave and fridge, so you can do your own lunch or a simple evening meal. Shower was powerful and warm and bed was comfortable. TV in room and felt safe.

Arrived mid morning on 29th March, well before check in time, to request if we could leave our bags with reception until we were able to check in. To my surprise the reception manager went to see if there was a room available, which there was, and allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the room. This was exceptional service which we very much appreciated

My second time to stay here. Near to a supermarket. Near to bus stops. Walkable into town, if you like walking. Quiet rooms (at the back) and just about a sea view. Cereals for breakfast are a bonus. Clean bathroom and hot shower. No complaints and friendly staff.

Very good budget accommodation. Excellent location close to transport, shops and park. It is on a busy road, so you do hear traffic noise. The building is dated, however the rooms are comfortable, showers are good and the breakfast box is convenient. I would return and recommend to others.

I have different criteria when I stay so this is only my personal view. I desired a bed at the days end. It met my expectations. Bus stop toward the city was only a 2 minute walk. On the return it is preferable to catch the train as the walk is 4'5 mins, but is down hill On the bus if you alight a stop too early , that is Uphill albeit not a mountain
