This is a lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. It’s in a great location- short walk to Sydney Opera House.

Owner of the property was very friendly. He took time out of his busy schedule just to talk and find out who we were and where we were from. The breakfast here was a wonderful assortment of items to choose from. The front desk was very informative and helpful at directing us to different locations in Sydney to visit. I would definitely come back.

Mariners Court, remember this place! The room was fine, pleasant bed, tv, hot water as needed, all good. And the room had a little balcony! All the rooms had balconies; sit outside a minute in the pleasant breeze! And down the hall a lounge area! Relax, you’ve been touring and traveling, so sit! Take a load off. But… But……..! Breakfast!!! And a GOOD Breakfast! Provided gratis. We stayed at three different places in Sydney in April & May. The other two were each more expensive, and then you go down the street and pay $30Aus for breakfast. Three different places, what do we remember? Mariner Court! Thank you. Thank you!!

The hotel was older but well maintained. Full breakfast being included was great and quite adequate. I had not realized there wasn’t 24hr reception. In fact reception hours are quite limited. Consequently I felt a bit less secure as I was traveling on my own.

Good location. The photos in advert painted a much more distinguished picture of the property that I felt a bit hopped upon arrival. Garbage hoarders outside the front entrance, not so grand especially seeing as the discount on Lastminute had the original room over $450 per night. Room was clean, good mattresses and bedding. Room get a bit damp and aircon filter needed cleaning. Good breakfast and grateful for the cold water available to guests.

Great breakfast

Spacious room, a litter more dated than on the pictures but clean and have comfortable beds and balcony. Breakfast was plenty and very delicious. Friendly staff, but reception is in limited hours. 15 min walk from st james staion. There are restaurants nearby.
