Framed by a double-level arched window, the designer living space offers a deluxe open-plan layout. You’re also surrounded by the vibrant bars and hip coffee shops that Bondi is famous for. With so much cosmopolitan excitement, it could be easy to forget you’re only a 5-minute drive from Sydney’s most famous beach, packed full of surfer charm. Further afield, The Bondi to Bronte clifftop walk is a must, showcasing the best of Australia’s stunning coastline.

The Neighbourhood

Shop ‘til you drop at Westfield which serves up an unbeatable range of high street and luxury boutiques which is within minutes from the property.
Start your day with a spot of tennis at the nearby Cooper park, or if you’re less sportily inclined, pick up the great coffee from the cafe whilst you watch the players on the courts.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.


Home Truths:

- The air conditioning system is to be turned off at 10pm due to the noise of the system for the neighbours, there is portable heaters and fans in place if you wish to have air/heat on during the night.
- Parking permit is available through the council for long-term leases, subject to availability.
- A steep staircase up to the top bedroom/ensuite. Please be mindful if you're uncomfortable with stairs and you require staying in the master.
- 2 bedrooms downstairs with built in robes and main bathroom with shower also downstairs
- Approx 10 steps to get onto the apartment level
- You may hear some street noise, however, it's only local traffic as the property is in a court.
