The elevators were extremely slow. One wasn’t working. The football was on so there were heaps of guests. We had to line up for the lifts. The car park has just under 2m clearance so some cars probably wouldn’t fit. The bed was huge! Room was nice and a good size. Room service coffee was slow and average. Room got fixed up during stay but they didn’t restock milk for coffee. Staff were friendly. Price a bit expensive for what it is. Would stay again if I need too.

Nice modern room

Room is very comfortable and modern. There's also a filtered water tap in the bathroom. However the shower is not great as the temperature goes from boiling hot to cold constantly (no matter what you do with the tap). There's a lot of parking available underground over 2 floors with electric charging available.

Absolute worst property ive ever stated in in sydney half way through the night i was considering canceling and just paying for another hotel The manager (bailey) down graded our room and told us if we want what we payed for we would have to pay more on arrival Staff were very rude The room obviously wasn't vacuumed prior as there was sand on the floor all over the carpet Wifi didn't work Toilet had not been cleaned from previous guests No towels in pool area Not very welcoming and comfortable Only good thing about this was the location but i would happily return to the meriton next to it, i only wish they had vacancy so i didn't have to stay here Never again !!!!
