Dirty stained floor. Very difficult if you have disability’s because little steps everywhere. For the price I expected better service! Under the bed there was a past guest dirty laundry and condom wrapper, so it goes to show how much they maintain there rooms. There tvs are very outdated and lacking cleanliness ( dirty dusty bathtub). I booked 2 rooms and both had stains and construction at 6am! Poor

The hotel was beautiful and the service was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt safe and comfortable. I highly suggest getting the breakfast package, it was great and worth the money. The room was very nice and cozy with a lot of extra amenities We just loved our stay. We are from the States, Ohio.

We had a wonderful stay here for our first time in Sydney! Great service, lovely room, and fantastic location. So close to a metro line and so easily walkable to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Lots of dining options around and it's a beautiful heritage building.
