Perfect location

Perfect location, just a 3 minute drive from airport to the hotel. Only negative point was that shuttle bus is about 13$ par person and you could simply walk and it is about 15 minutes walking distance. The rooms are clean and very confortable. A great restaurant in the hotel, with a buffet breakfast available.

Surprisingly nice accommodation. Enjoyed our overnight stay before heading off on an OS trip. Would stay again. Didnt use the restaurant, found it quite pricey and not really accommodating to our children. Found a really nice place called Nates nearby.

Check in Staff was good. However, the training staff for my check out needs more training on how to actually do customer service. Seemed a little bother less. Just as we are told that a $100 authorisation payment is required, we should also be informed when checking out that this will be refunded to us. It’s just common courtesy really. And shows that you are willing to do the basics of your job.
