Disappointed to find no toaster, which we expect would be a must. More importantly the bed linen was found to have several visible stains including top cover in several places & both pillows. The wall next to the bed also looked like it had not been cleaned for sometime. Otherwise other areas of the rooms were very well maintained. Staff were pleasant and friendly at check-in

Lovely place, close to everything, wonderful staff. Very clean, had all we needed. Just wish there was a gym and that the pool was kept clean daily (leaves and a bit of debris in there when we went)

Our stay was very short but very pleasant, we had a queen room & all the facilities were great for us. Modern, very clean, smelt nice inside room, bed was very comfy. Everything was in good condition, nothing broken,no fading or peeling paint, no gross marks or dust or anything. It was like it just opened that week and everything was brand new! The shower was so great, we couldn’t remember the last time we stayed somewhere with decent water pressure! The reception lady was very friendly and check in and out were very easy, her instructions were clear and she gave us all information we needed. I liked that the room had a full length mirror! We really can’t fault anything with our stay. We looked up other accommodations and this place was one of the cheapest, closest to the penrith city centre so, for the price and how perfect it was we will stay again!
