We’ve stayed at W Sydney a few times now and enjoyed it everytime. As a family staycation, we enjoy the large round bath, the pool with the cabanas and pool side food service and the amazing morning breakfast buffet options.

Lovely hotel located conveniently in darling harbour with everything a short walk to. Room had lovely view of darling harbour. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Large variety of fresh breakfast options from pancakes cooked to order, noodles, eggs, yogurts, hot and cold options, fresh juices and coffee. And gelato to top it off! Pool desk it nice with the cabanas and views too.

The restaurant Btwn was exceptional for cocktails, dinner and breakfast, the staff were attentive and polite. The rooms were gorgeous. Not much to do in Darling Harbour but you’re only a 10 minute walk to George street.

It’s nice n modern and clean but lots of impractical things like the light switches, taps around the wrong way, a round bath that looks great but doesn’t fit an adult properly. Would be hard for seniors to manage the lights n stuff. Also too the buffet could do better, again, it looked nice but impractical things like a big slab of butter for people to try n scrap themselves and full loaves of bread you have to carve yourself. I saw so many seniors trying to cut the bread and they couldn’t. Just keep it simple and have normal sliced bread for guests

Large selection in mini bar although we did not have any, good size complimentary water. Interesting decor as most W hotels. Very happy our room was ready when we arrived a couple hours ahead of check-in time.
