Location: The apartment on the 2nd The upper floor with a west-facing balcony is located on the corner of the house, allowing a view of both the sea and the lively pedestrian zone. The house is a neat apartment house with retail shops on the ground floor at the spa center, right on the main beach, centrally in Westerland on the pedestrian zone. Equipment: The very cozy and senior-friendly apartment has a separate kitchen with window, microwave and dishwasher. The inside shower room has a raised toilet, towel radiator and handles to hold on anywhere. In the living room you will find a comfortable seating and a dining area. In an alcove there is an extra high box spring bed with separate mattresses, the built-in cupboards offer enough space. From the living room and from the small balcony in front you have a wonderful view of the sea and the pedestrian zone. The apartment offers WiFi access and tel / fax connection. A large parking space at the house can be rented for a fee. You will also find coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the house as well as a bicycle parking space in the underground garage. A parking space at the house can be rented for a fee of € 9.00 per night. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
