I know most hotels have some mold, but this was next level bad. I travel nonstop for work and I am constantly in hotels a lot of which aren't the best, but I will say this one is up there with worst. Ended up leaving the hotel early to stay someplace else. Not worth saving a few bucks.

The room had hot water, standard furniture (closet space, hangers, desk, chair), a refrigerator with a freezer, and microwave. While the room was older, it didn’t take away from the experience. There was also plenty of parking. Check-in was efficient.

The sheets were not changed after the previous guest checked out. When I turned back the sheets to go to bed it was obvious that they were used. The breakfast that is advertised is not what is presented.

The place is decent for the price point. Ac is kind of loud which woke me a few times. The bed was not super comfortable either. But that could just be me. But otherwise an easy place to get to and price is super low. It’s a bit more than you expect for the price.

Our first room was on the 2nd fl above the lobby doors and next to elevator - you can hear the lobby doors open throughout the night. We switched rooms and had somewhat of a lady bug infestation better than any other bug. Stood her last year and I’m not sure if new management took over but this place had lots of noise bw midnight and 6am. Ppl loitering in the hallway, slamming doors and thumping music during all hours of the night. It is also not as clean as last year. First bathroom had hair and a used bar of soap and a soaked rug from shower water runoff. The elevator, areas in front of elevators and lobby area looks like they haven’t been mopped in months. Don’t even get me started on the “breakfast”. 1st morning white bread (no bagels no muffins) waffles, one kind of yogurt and only bananas as the fruit, cereal. Missed 2nd day bc it ends at 9am (most places end at 10am.) today all the above and scrambled eggs and the other platter, assuming it was sausage, was empty and it was only 8:15am and again only white bread! Will not be staying here again. The art deco is very cool and is unique and funky just wish it didn’t go downhill.
