While unit was clean, unit had some maintenance items like loose toilet seat and bathroom doorknob that was about to come off. Need to beef up on the maintenance, strange that these things got through the process. Additionally, common areas were undergoing maintenance but there was "no clean as go" protocol, resulting in foam particles all over the place. A very low overhead operation (example: no staff off hours), and this may be pushing the limit for overall experience. We won't be staying here again.

Outstanding! Great place to stay. The front desk was awesome. First: appreciate the front desk calling to provide check in instructions (we arrived late). Second: when we showed up we need sheet/pillows for the pull out couch. The front desk showed up with what we needed within 3 minutes.

The room was not clean and the elevator was also poorly maintained. The tub and shower did not drain properly. While the hotel made an effort with updates, it felt like a cheap attempt to cover up deeper issues. Overall, disappointing stay.
