Looking for a unique Tampa getaway? This gorgeous, newly renovated South Tampa pool home is your perfect escape. Spend your days relaxing by the private pool, grilling with friends, or enjoying the indoor pool table with family. The spacious layout includes 2 king bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 3 full bathrooms. The fenced, landscaped backyard offers added privacy and features a hot tub, grill with propane provided, plus propane for the grill is provided for guest use.

Centrally located in South Tampa just minutes from waterfront restaurants, and only 10 minutes to Downtown Tampa. Beaches are a scenic 30–40 minute drive. We’re responsive, attentive, and here to make your stay 5-star. This home sits in a quiet, convenient South Tampa neighborhood. Includes carport/driveway parking.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.
Cancellation Policy
• Short-term reservations (less than 28 days):
Guests receive a 97% refund if canceled 30 days or more before arrival, and a 50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before arrival.
A 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all cancellations.
• Long-term reservations (28 days or more):
A full (97%) refund is available if the reservation is canceled 60 days or more before arrival.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
A 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all cancellations.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

This was the most ideal house for our family!the house was perfect for us to make simple meals, have plenty of space to play, and the pool was incredible. It was a joy to come back to the house after touring around Tampa and st Pete. It was clean, comfy, and cozy. We can’t thank the owners enough!

This house had ample space for all of us(7). Fantastic house, pool, game room multiple eating areas. With 7 people the large 3 full bathrooms were sufficient. When you arrive and see the front of the house it looks small, not the case at all. The house is huge!!! Plenty of hot water and the A/C will freeze you out. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the fall of this year.The location of the house is convenient to just about anywhere you plan on visiting. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, Walmart and gas stations are within 5 miles. We ate breakfast at a place called Mama's Kitchen, gigantic servings, great flavors and great service it is a must during your visit. We used the enormous pool and hot tub everyday. Was great to have access to the pool at anytime instead of at a hotel when the pool areas close at 10pm. I know this is kind of a long review but we really enjoyed our stay. One more thing communication was top notch and fast. I cannot say enough good things about this property.

This one's a keeper!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, the bedrooms were cozy, and the private backyard was the perfect spot to relax. The layout of the house is fantastic, cozy yet spacious, making it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. We felt very much at home! Having stayed at three different houses in Tampa, this is by far our new favorite. We highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Last minute trip for a concert.

This was a last minute throw together trip for a concert before my son starts his senior year of highschool. It was just the 3 of us so we had more than enough room. The pictures were spot on as far as the advertisement goes. We had everything needed to stay in and relax. My only suggestion would be to add a small pool stick as the pool table could use more room around it but a short stick would be perfect. The WiFi didn’t connect for us but we went to relax so it wasn’t a huge deal. We contacted the host and they responded immediately. Nothing negative to say about the trip. Very pleased!

Annual family getaway

Location was close to shops, eateries, and attractions. Plenty of room for a large family to spread out and relax while still feeling cozy. Nice pool, hot tub, and pool table. The mini fridge was also a nice little bonus. We would definitely book another stay at this property.
