Not a good stay

The hallways smelled like weed. The doors were in need of painting. The toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Could not get into our 1st. room because the door security lock was engaged. The breakfast had no coffee and served on styrofoam plates. The front desk clerk needed to at least. comprehend English. The pool had bird poop in it.

I am very disappointed with the price I paid and how this place was. The room smelled like mold, the sheets smelled bad, the noise was horrible and when we tried to call the front desk to report it, the phone was not working.

Hottub didnt work at all and breakfast should be monitored as they had people taking plates on plates out leaving nothing for anyone else and also filling Gatorade bottles full of juice.

Chose this property due to location in proximity to RJ Stadium. Lobby was nice and clean. Seemed updated. Guest rooms are a completely different story. Pictures shared under hotel description are less than accurate. A rating of GOOD is being generous.

There were a few things that caused my rating. Our room keys didn’t work 3 times, tub wouldn’t hold water and very noisy. People were nice but overall for the money we paid…it definitely was not worth it.

You get what you pay for

When we arrived after a long flight at 1 am, the lobby was load with people talking and socializing. This continued for a long time. We could also hear this from our room. I put in ear plugs and was able to fall asleep. It’s a hotel trying to be nice but there were some sketchy signs. I wouldn’t stay here again. But it was one of the cheaper hotels in the are.

Never stay here!

Terrible place to stay! No outlets or lights worked in the room, no towels, no hot water. Staff was rude and not assist. The rooms are dirty and smell. Remote to tv didn’t work. Would never stay here again. Drugs on property!
