The hotel staff was disrespectful. I was charge a bogus smoking fee for apparently the smoke detector signaled that my family was smoking in the room while we were away from the hotel.

Clean room, friendly and on knowledgeable staff. Beautiful reception and all-you-need amenities for all hours of the day(Self serve market). Though not a huge drawback since most guest spend time out and about rather than in their rooms but tv options limited. Would rather have been able to at least watch some YouTube while winding down.

$34.05 surprise charge on my credit card. When I asked about it I was told it's a destination charge. Further told that if I charge food to my room $30 will be credited. Would have been nice to hear about it when checking in, not 2 hours before checking out. Otherwise nice stay. Excellent breakfast.
