The Historic Haven Bungalow built was built in 1908 and is located in Port Ybor which is a small historic working class community that is a few short minutes to Downtown Tampa, Historic Ybor, Cruise Port, Amalie, and much more. A spacious updated bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large eat in kitchen, living room space, Smart Tv (Bring your logins for your favorite apps : Netflix and more). Explore the city with rental scooters, waterfront park 2 blocks from bungalow , historic cigar buildings , nightlife, breweries, and much more!Welcome to Tampa and Historic Ybor!
The property is fenced in and is extremely private with neighbor houses on both sides. The bungalow house decor is upcycled pieces from our locally owned storefront. We are local vintage and architectural store owners and love to reuse and repurpose. This house is named after our autistic daughter that helped design the interior. We hope you enjoy!

Great place to stay for Ybor!

Just a few problems.

First let me emphasis there were a number of really wonderful things about this property. However, there are some things to consider. Although it is not advertized as having an available washer and dryer (it doesn't), I missed having this amenity after getting off a week long cruise. Our stay was short so we managed. My sister and I both need a cane to walk and the front steps have no hand rails and are steep and somewhat slanted. The host was very helpful in sending her son over to assist me in getting my bags out and loaded as I was alone on my last day. Overall I would have to say that the hospitality and helpfulness of the host made it a very enjoyable stay but future guests should keep these two things in mind if they are handicapped and or planning to stay for an extended time.

Great little bungalow

We stayed here one night before we got on the boat for our cruise. Close to the boat. Very nice and clean. Lots of space for 3 couples. My only suggestion would be more chairs for seats on the front porch.

Clean, spacious, convenient and uniquely decorated!

Such a lovely stay for a few days exploring Tampa! Very easy check-in and communication with host. The space is so adorably decorated and absolutely spotless. Comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood with an awesome coffee shop just down the street. While we ate all of our meals out, the kitchen looked to be equipped with everything you need for preparing meals. Definitely recommend, and we'll stay here if we're ever in Tampa again!

Beautiful Craftman home with gorgeous detail

Beautiful home. Communicative owners. The location is close to Ybor and restaurants but you have to cross a very busy road. Would be best to have a car or Uber.

Seamless process, for what we wanted it was perfect. Outside sitting area could use a power washing but I would stay again.

Beautiful property near Tampa Ybarra attractions

This property was far above and beyond our expectations. We had a group of 6 attending an event in Historic Ybor and were looking for a rental that could comfortably accommodate our group size and would be close enough to Uber to Channelside & Ybor. This is the only vacation rental I have ever booked where the rooms shown in the photos are actually BIGGER than they appear in the listing! The home is spacious, cute w/lots of character, and very clean and well maintained. The couple of times I needed to reach out to Joy with a question or request, she got back to us quickly and was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have been happier and would absolutely stay here again :)
