Fantastic hotel but very noisy sadly

We booked a two bedroom suite for an overnight stay while we visited Busch Gardens and Howl O Scream. We arrived early on our check in day and Miss Tara kindly arranged for Reggie to take us to the park by shuttle bus. This is a great addition to the hotel service and saved us parking for the day. Rick then collected us at 10pm once we had finished at the Howl O Scream event. Both drivers were excellent and really helpful. The room was lovely and clean, a little ‘tired’ in places and in need of some work but great for an overnight stay and very spacious. It had great kitchen facilities and a huge bathroom (shared). We settled for bed after a long day. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep much at all due to noise from the motel next door, all through the night shouting and cars racing outside. Breakfast was really good - a great selection and we enjoyed everything we had. All fresh and replenished regularly. We loved our trip to Busch gardens and the set up at Holiday Inn was fantastic but not sure we could stay again due to the noise unfortunately.

The staff there were excellent great what they did the Driver that drives from the hotel to Busch Gardens. Both of them were excellent the morning breakfast sucked really no taste. Really not that much of a good selection. The room was good clean just a little problems. the bed was so so that’s one of the best hotels in Tampa next to Busch Gardens.

Great location, great staff, and clean

Staff (Tara at the front desk and Rick, driver for Busch Gardens) are awesome. They have worked here for years because i have to this location many times. In fact I don't even consider going anywhere else.

I stayed only one night. Hotel cleanliness was ok, the outdoors was clean, lobby area clean too. My only complaint was bathroom tub had hair, it looked like it was just wiped and toilet had hair and that the base of the toilet had dried pee. I know something easy to fix besides that everything else was ok.
