Hotel is dated. I saw roaches in the hallway. Try not to stay on 1st floor it is NOISY!!! VERY NOISY! WILL NOT ever stay again. Breakfast buffet was ok. Staff were very friendly.

Very clean hotel & friendly staff. I felt very safe in the hotel & surrounding area. We were close to convenience & pharmacy stores. Both were within walking distance. Breakfast options were great. Parking was on site & secure. Will definitely stay here again. Hotel is about a mile & half to Moffitt Cancer Hospital off McKinley.

Very disappointing and et stay. Money refund neede

Our room was flooded by an overflowing bathtub above us. It was so bad there was a waterfall coming through the fixtures and a deluge in the lobby. It took staff 90 minutes to find us another room after pushing and that room was also wet but less so. We need a full refund for this ridiculous event
