The valet was asleep in the back room when we tried to get our car to leave for a fishing charter. After finally waking the valet worker up we had a line of people wanting their cars. The first car he brought was wrong. After 35 minutes of waiting we had to call an uber to take us to our destination since our own car was unavailable.

Room was clean. Front desk was amazing. When booking the room it said breakfast included then on my bill I noticed after I checked out it was like a $14 charge for breakfast. Also went to a concert at the benchmark rushed back because the bartender said they closed at 11, got back about quarter of to have a drink before we went to our room, bartender told us sorry last call is at 11, I explained to him it was quarter of, he said sorry.

Had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is the parking situation. Valet parking is not optional to park in the garage. It should be stated in the description that it's either valet parking or find someplace on the street or other parking garage.

Property is clean, great location for food, theatre, Riverwalk. Staff is very nice and helpful. Front desk offered great suggestions for nearby shops, food and transportation. Only negative for us is the mattress was very uncomfortable. It was too soft, no support at all. When my husband sat up or rolled over, my side of the bed also moved.
