The room was clean. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. Would stay there again if I’m ever in Tampa. You definitely need a rental car, Uber/Lyft, or taxi to get anywhere.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the interstate, clean and very comfortable. The street was very quite as well. I do have a few suggestions: create a nice coffee/tea bar area because the items were old. The outside Oasis was nice just need cleaning up some. Overall, we loved our mini vacation in Tampa.

The place was very clean and orderly. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect because it was a pretty centralized location from most of the attractions…about 10-15 mins. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The place could have probably used some spare standard sized pillows and a blanket for when it gets chilly some nights. Other than that, we highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyable and convenient

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend trip to Tampa. It is located conveniently to many attractions and plenty of very good restaurants. The host was very responsive to questions. The accommodations are comfortable for a long weekend!

The place was great!! Very clean , comfortable and the price was great!! We travel for art festivals and this is the perfect place, parking wasn’t a problem and the little kitchen was ideal. So pleased that we found this, when we return to Tampa, I’ll surely be staying here again.

Nice spot

This was a good find for what we needed, just a room to sleep at night since we were out and about all day. The neighborhood seemed to be quiet and i felt safe, the room was also located conveniently by downtown so a short drive to restaurants and nightlife if thats your thing. Will stay again.

UFC stay

We thought that the stay overall was good. The location was very nice and perfect for two people. Only complaints were that the toilet had issues flushing, the shower was clogged and would not drain properly, and the smell was a little overpowering (the glade plug in).

The room was nice, and clean. The place was a bit smaller than expected. Also the placement of the tv was not well-planned, every time I walked past the tv, the tv would hit me in the head, very painful.

Looks Nothing Like Pics

Where to start. We've been using VRBO for about 12-14 years, and this is the worst we've ever booked. I wish I could post pictures. The structure looks like it used to be a storage outbuilding, and then renovated as a rental property like a bad flip. It looks very little like the pics. Maybe at one time they showed the property accurately, but interior is kind of run down now. Pillow cases were stained, towels had holes in them, and the pillows were the cheapest and worn out. Bed sheets didnt fit. And it's tiny. Way smaller than the pics look. It was really uncomfortable for 2 adults and a dog. We were fleeing Milton (hurricane) and had 3-4 bins with us we we trying to save, and there was no room. What closet space there was was taken up by a huge locked storage bin. Lastly, we lost power half way though our stay, and left 3rd day morning as we had no AC or fridge. We asked for a pro-rated refund, exactly half the booking fee, not including taxes, service fees, etc., and when I communicated that amount to the property manager, he ghosted us. Overall, worst VRBO experience ever.

Good place for short term rental

We really loved what the owner did with the property, very smart concept with the lay out. I do wish he was a little more responsive. There was no shower liner in the shower so everything got kinda wet. Overall very clean but shower would need some touch ups/deep clean. Neighborhood was ok. Definitely nothing crazy. Good place to stay for a few nights.

Room and bathroom were super clean and sanitized. Everything in the room has been renovated. Only thing I suggest is a motion light on the rear apartment at night time. Also put a pass code on front main gate, everything else was good
