Sleep is a priority here. The King and Queen bedrooms have blackout curtains, giving you the option to sleep in peacefully after a long shift or travel day. The Master en suite bathroom features a spa-style rainwater shower head, and all rooms are designed for comfort and functionality.

Strict No-Smoking Policy:
This is a 100% smoke-free property, including the use of cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and hookah pipes. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees and potential penalties in accordance with Vrbo’s policies. (Typical cleaning charges for smoking violations range between $250-$500 depending on severity.)

No Pets Allowed Without Prior Approval:
While our home is a no-pet property per owner guidelines, we understand unique circumstances and are willing to consider case-by-case exceptions. Please inquire before booking if you’d like to request approval.

No Parties or Events:
Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund, additional fines, and fees in line with Vrbo’s policies. Unauthorized party or event fee: $1,500.

* Max 6 guests. Addtional guest fee: $35 per person, per night after base guest count.

Private Pool Use & Inflatable Safety
Our pool is 5 feet deep throughout (no shallow end).
• Swim at your own risk
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving, running, or horseplay
• Skimmer must be removed before swimming and returned after
• Keep patio doors closed to maintain AC and keep pests out

Inflatable Items & Safety Notice
For safety and insurance compliance, no inflatable pool items (ring tubes, floaties, rafts, etc.) are provided.
Guests may bring their own non-inflatable or U.S. Coast Guard–approved flotation devices.

Why this policy?
• Inflatable items can give a false sense of security
• May encourage unsupervised play
• May malfunction or deflate mid-use
• Often not compliant with insurance or safety codes

Security Notice – Outdoor Cameras
For guest safety and home security, we have two exterior cameras:
* Front Door – Monitors entry and deliveries
* Backyard – Covers gates, pool area, and patio doors

Want more privacy on the patio?
You may briefly cover the backyard camera if:
• You notify us via text
• You uncover it after use
• You acknowledge we are not liable for any incident while it’s covered

Cameras do not record indoor spaces and cannot be tampered with. Doing so may result in removal or penalty.
