The staff were very friendly but the location felt very unsafe with large numbers of homeless people at the intersection outside and the room smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana in there for weeks or maybe longer. I opted to check out and find another hotel for the night

The hotel in overall is very dirty. The hallways need pressure washing urgently. It has a strong cigarette smell every way.

El olor de la habitación era fatal, pedimos una habitacion familiar para no fumadores y fue todo lo contrario, no se notaba la limpieza, vimos cucarachas, la seguridad no era buena, laa camas estaban en muy malas condiciones, infraestructura descuidada.

The lady at the front desk was courteous and explained everything I needed to know. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a mini fridge, microwave, sink, 2-eye burner stove top and coffee maker in the room. Vending machines and ice right around the corner. Definitely cannot beat the price. I would stay again if I needed somewhere to go while in this area.

This room was pretty bad. Lots of things in repair…. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, lots of dust in the vents, the ac was super load and the room smelled like strong chemicals. Also there were people smoking pot outside of our room. This is not family friendly and I wouldn’t recommend.

I did not stay there because the room was smoking and I have asthma. There were not keys for the room, the security had to open the room for us. The air conditioning was not functioning. We had to leave and find another hotel. I will never stay there or reserve there in the future.

⭐ 0/5 — DO NOT STAY HERE ⭐ If I could give negative stars, I would. We booked this hotel for one night after a late flight before boarding a cruise — and I have never experienced anything like this. The first room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned at all: unmade beds, trash, and an overall filthy appearance. We were told it was a mistake and were given another room. The second room was somehow worse. While the beds were made, there were roaches crawling across the bed as if they lived there permanently. I also have a video of a roach inside the refrigerator — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We left immediately and did not stay. The only positive part of the experience is that the front desk receptionist processed a full refund without any argument. This hotel needs more than a deep cleaning — it needs to be condemned and rebuilt. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

The staff were friendly unfortunately that is the only good thing I can stay. The room was small and dirty there were insects in the bed, the non smoking room we booked reeked terribly of smoke and cannabis so much so that we had to leave due to air quality and allergic reactions. we were also put on the third floor with no elevator and we had large luggage. There was a random gross toilet placed at the top of the stair cases. We left after a short time due to medical necessity. The pictures shown on the Hotels.com site are for a much cleaner room than the one we got. This didn’t seem like an isolated incident as there was another guest dealing with the same issues as us. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

This property looked nothing like the picture nor the description. You need to take them off your list of options. There were bugs, bathtub was unclean the light fixture only had a light bulb no covering. Had an odor of old smoke

The shower had black mold all over the ceiling. There were cockroaches in our room and our friends room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The was the old bait and switch— over a $100 a night, unbelievable. Seriously, this place is a health hazard. I am astonished this place is being advertised. I will think twice before I use Expedia again.
