Unfortunately we had to cut our stay at Adaline short due to property being infested with ants and possible termites. We arrived late at night and went directly to sleep to have the girls wake up scared in the middle of the night with ants and other insects crawling on them, on pillowed and bedding sheets. In the morning we saw that bugs were everywhere in the property so we sent a message to the property management requesting pest control service, then we left to our planned activities. The property management did not call, text or take care of the issue. Instead they sent a message on Expedia asking us to call to provide more details about the issue reported. We did not see that email from Expedia timely, only after we returned to the property to find out that the issue was not taken care of. Therefore we asked for 1]2 refund for the second night so that we can relocate to a hotel, however the property management offered just 1/3 of the amount of what we payed (instead of half claiming that Expedia was getting the rest of the money (including taxes and property management fees).
