Very comfortable room with tons of space. Also quite well located, not near the River Walk but about 20 minutes away. I would give it 5 stars, but the breakfast, which was billed as "award winning" was pretty much the same white flour breakfast you find in any cheaper travel motel.

I would love to give it 5 stars just because of the staff. The staff were extremely kind and helpful at checking in. The rooms were renovated lovely and the hotel overall looked very clean . I am giving it 4 stars because there were two roaches i found. I know that probably comes with having a kitchen possibly. The continental breakfast was small. They had limited options but it is free. My kids enjoyed the oatmeal/ yogurt bar.

I had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites during a recent business trip. The room was very spacious — much larger than I expected — and incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was absolutely immaculate; you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. The location was convenient as well, with downtown just a short 15-minute drive away. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or unwind after work. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
