Ihanteellinen perheille, omalla uima-altaalla ja tuoreella nurmikolla. Strategisella paikalla rauhallisella asuinalueella vain 2 km: n päässä Giardini Naxosin rannasta, Taorminan viereisestä rannikkokaupungista, baareja ja ravintoloita veden äärellä.

Villa Ambra on viihtyisä huvila 3 kerroksessa, jossa on laadukkaat kalusteet, kaksi keittiötä (sisä- ja ulkokäyttöön) ja kaikki modernit mukavuudet, kuten astianpesukone, satelliitti-tv, ilmastointi ja WiFi. Kaikilta terasseilta voit nauttia henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä Etnan vuorelle ja merelle.

Huvilaan pääsee kahdelta mukavalta valkoiselta portaalta, jotka johtavat verannalle laavakivipöytiin (täydellinen ulkona lounaisiin), yksityiseen uima-altaaseen ja solariumiin, jossa on tuolit.

Pohjakerroksessa on tilava olohuone, satelliitti TV, ruokasali, hyvin varustettu keittiö ja wc.

Makuutila on ylemmissä kerroksissa, ja sen peittää täysin viileä parkettilattia. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta, joista pääsee panoraamaterassille, yhdessä makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta.

Viimeisessä kerroksessa on parivuode, yksi kylpyhuone, ylimääräinen pieni huone, jossa yhden hengen vuode (pääsee vain kävellen toisen makuuhuoneen läpi) ja pääsy terassille, jossa on pöytä, tuolit ja upea näköala, joka ulottuu rannikolle Giardini Naxos.

Allas on avoinna ympäri vuoden, ja sen mitat ovat 9 - 5 metriä ja sen syvyys on välillä 1 - 2,5.

Kaiken kaikkiaan Villa Ambrassa on kaikki mitä tarvitset rentouttavalle lomalle Sisiliassa.

The Villa is fantastic! Loads of room and a great pool. The location is perfect for sight seeing in the local area and loads to do. We had a wonderful time at Villa Ambra. We stayed two families for one week at the villa and the ourdoor area was our favourite place. The view of Etna is amazing and the kids loved the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and nice with good parking possibilities in front of the house. We were able to do an early check and warmely welcomed by Piero who also gave us some good tips about Trappitello. Can highly recommend this palace.

There is something magical about Villa Ambra nestled in the shadow of Mount Etna... The villa was our oasis for 7 days while we explored the beauty of Eastern Sicily. Our hosts Orazio and Piero were both charming and helpful and were there even when we had car issues. They take great pride in their beautiful Villa and it shows. We were 2 couples but had room for many more. The kitchen was fully equipped which was great for cooking dinner after a day out exploring. We had breakfast on the front terrace, dinner on the back terrace and also enjoyed the pool. The Villa is located near a couple of cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. We would highly recommend it to couples and families.

This villa is in the perfect spot to explore Taormina, Naxos and Mt Etna. We were a group of 8 friends and it was perfect for us. Very much enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having plenty of space. Amazing views of Mt. Etna and very easy to get around from the villa. Would highly recommend.

Ancient Beauty

We stayed in a beautiful, well appointed villa in the Tripitello section of Taormina. It is a lovely neighborhood with many villas. Our villa had a wonderful view of Mount Aetna which has its own weather. There are many significant historical sites to visit in the area. We enjoyed the town of Naxos with its spectacular ocean views and restaurants on the water. The food in the area is terrific especially if you like seafood.

Lovely villa

A lovely villa. Lots of space, big bedrooms. Gorgeous outside spaces, terraces and verandas where you can find a peaceful corner, or catch the sun at different times of the day. Lovely pool. Car definitely needed.just over an hour to Etna, 10 minutes to Taormina, 50 minutes to Catania.

We all enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was spacious as were the outdoor areas. The location was quite good. The drive to Taormina was relatively easy and only took about 20 minutes. The view of Etna was impressive, but the views of the sea were unfortunately hazy because of the smoke from Etna. The only negative was was abandoned construction directly across the street; however, it did not obscure the view.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ambra. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, the place looks better than in the pictures. It was clean and had a very nice outdoor area with a pool, sunbeds, dining area, grill and table tennis. We had to check in very late, but that was no problem which was very nice. We would also like to recommend the taxi driver Carmelo and his son Luca, recommended by the host of the villa (his card is in the villa). Carmelo was like our private guide every time we needed to go somewhere and told us a lot about the history of Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola. On the final day he took us to Siracusa for a day trip, which we highly recommend!

The villa was great for our family trip. With 6 adults and 4 children the space was great and the outdoor terrace and pool were amazing. The views of Mt Etna which was erupting while we were there, and over Taormina were also amazing. The location was great, Trapitello was a really nice town with some great places to eat and plenty of shops and easy access to the beach at Giardini Naxos via public bus or driving. I would definitely recommend Villa Ambra to anyone though especially if traveling with a large family. Orazio and Piero were great hosts and gave us some great info on the area and places to visit and also met us to check us in after arriving off our very early flight.

Feels like home

This villa is great! A lovely place to stay - pool and big outside area, as well as a lovely house. We are a family of 3 couples and we all had big bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The property is situated in the village of Trappitello. Walking distance to shops, supermarket and a couple of cafes. You need a car to get into Taormina and around the area. We had a van - the access road is narrow but fine once you get used to it. Definitely recommend this property.

We are a family of 7 people in the ages 13-75, we have had a lovely week in the villa, the positive course started already at the booking with the contact from the host who would make sure everything was as it should be. sent a sms on arrival and we were therefore received by the host, got a detailed review of the villa before he wished us a good week. We were allowed to stay a little longer due to a late flight departure, seem helpful. all in all, lovely villa, lovely pool, super good hosts, definitely worth a revisit.

We were 4 adults and had a lovely week at the villa, the views of mount Etna were stunning and we enjoyed relaxing in and around the pool. The air-con was much needed as the temperature was very hot. You definitely need a car to stay here, there is parking at the villa but we didn't find it easy to park there so eventually parked on the road outside at the front of the villa. Its only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the main village street (10 minutes back up the hill) where there is an amazing cheese shop, pasticcerias, places to get ice-cream and we even found a small grocery shop. We mainly went to Giardino Naxos for dinner in the evenings which had more choice of restaurants. We didn't want to watch any TV which was a good thing as there were no English language channels. We all had a wonderful time at this lovely villa in Sicily.

We miss it already!

We traveled to Sicily from Massachusetts, USA in June 2023 and spend 5 days at Villa Ambra. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 teens. We really enjoyed our stay. We liked how it was located a little bit away from the tourist area. We walked down the hill to the town area every morning and enjoyed getting coffee and pastries and practicing our Italian (thank you Google Translate). It was a wonderful experience for my family. There is everything you need a walk away including a grocery store. It was in a great location! Only a 15 minute drive to Taormina (we use the Lumbi parking garage and then took the free 3-5 minute bus to town, easy). We drove to Giardina Naxos for dinner a few times (5-10 min). Did a day trip to Mount Etna and another day trip to where our family is from about 1 hour away. The house was clean and the pool and patio were fantastic. Great views. I little bit of an eyesore with the house across the street being what looks like abandoned after pouring the base concrete but on the positive the view wasn't blocked. There was a wonderful view of Etna! We all can't wait to go back some day!
