The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lerge enough. The beds are made regularly, and the sheets and towels are changed often enough. But I don't think they actually clean the rooms very often. The location is very urban. Within a few hundred meters of the hotel are many fine restaurants and cafes as well as a busy shopping street with high-end stores. Also, across the street is a Salvation Army Service Center, so you will meet people from all walks of life. The hotel has a long list of rules, including specific criminal behavior they do not allow. This makes me wonder if they have had these things occurring there in the past. Be aware of your surroundings, and enjoy your stay.

The fridge was not cleaned when we first got to the room, and house keeping could not come to clean it until the morning, that was very disappointing. Room was decently clean besides stains and burned parts of the carpet.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff

Easy checkin, very friendly staff. Free luggage storage one piece per person. Clean room and facility. Our room is a standard room on ground floor, no window, could get a bit hot when central heat is on. Not sure why there's constant water flowing sound through the pipe on the ceiling after 18:00 maybe, but that didn't bother us. We found it quite soothing for our sleep. It's located right at heart of china town but not noisy at all. Walking distance to metro, bus, or even just 15 mins to train station.

This is honestly a central hotel! Everything is easily walkable from here from attractions, shopping, restaurants! The staff were all very friendly and happy to answer questions, and help. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great shower. I highly recommend it!

No hot water so unable to shower or wash, charged a different amount to original booking, banging through the night, got an electric shock from the plug socket. Not as described. Looking for somewhere to stay regularly in The Hague but this experience was very bad and I paid a lot and for a stay I did not receive.

Key location and the right price for a busy week in The Hague. Desk staff in the evenings and mornings were difficult to communicate with. That said, it felt like a safe location and I would stay there again for the price and access to this great city.

AC does not work

We chose this hotel for location, price, and AC. It was under 70F / 21C outside and at least 80F / 26C inside. The AC was running. The windows barely opened. The staff told us that it was too hot for the AC to work and brought us a fan. Not great.
