Your apartment is a spacious 65m2 living + 17m2 terrace on the ground floor near the waterside, bright and completely private on the ground floor. The decoration and facilities radiate comfort and convenience. You will have 1 bedroom with comfortable boxsprings, a 40m2 open plan living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 1 child. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and you have a private terrace (17m2) that overlooks the marina and the water. Also ideal for kids with trampoline jumping, a tropical swimming pool and Monkey Town within walking distance.

## Neighborhood

The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.

The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.

This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!

Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.

## Transit

You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.
