We loved everything and everyone who worked there! We loved the amethyst inside and outside. The people at desk that checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful. I made reservations via Expedia and got there around 9pm. When I got there they said that the room I had reserved was unfortunately not clean and they had no other two bed rooms available. They had some problems trying to get the system to work but were extremely sympathetic and gave us a suite. Although I ended up sleeping on a couch so that the other person I was travelling with could have the bed, the room itself was excellent. The staff was very accommodating.

Amazing

This is a beautiful hotel in a great area with beautiful views. It is very clean and smells good in the hallway, which most hotels have weird smells. The beds are really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food and service is great. I don’t go in the pool but the sauna and whirlpool were nice. They hand you towels as you enter and I saw an employee test the water of the pool, so I’m sure it is clean too. It was very quiet at night. The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure of the shower.
