The carefully renovated holiday home is in a sunny and quiet location in the middle of the small village of Mutten. The village lies high above the Schin Gorge. Just getting there is an experience in itself.In recent years, the house has been renovated with the help of a renowned architect. Old and modern elements harmonize with each other and make the house a cozy and comfortable holiday home. The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a very spacious eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has space for a maximum of four adults and families are also very welcome (max. two adults / two children). A comfortable seating area invites you to linger. The view of the surrounding mountain peaks is unique.A ski slope with a ski lift that is particularly suitable for children is in front of the front door.arriving by carOn the Kantonsstrasse, coming either from Thusis or Tiefencastel, turn off at the Solis Bridge onto the Muttner Bergstrasse. You drive to Untermutten on a winding, but wide, asphalted road. The last section to the house consists of a non-asphalted dirt road. The car can be unloaded in front of the house. Public car park in the village. Mountain road (from the end of the village of Mutten: natural road), 4x4 recommended in winter.The final cleaning is included in the rental price. Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. This helps us to protect the environment and make cleaning efficient.
