This room really needs your attention. I paid a good price for this room and it should of been spotless! There are scratches on the walls and dirt smudges on bath door snd peeling paint, also mold has collected on tile caulking. The shower head has embedded mold and the towel rack rusted. Dirt spots on carpet. This needs a thorough cleaning and I need a slash in my price off my bill! I’ve got photos if you want! I think the smell is dog in this room. It is a pet friendly hotel, but we do not have pets with us!

If you have to I guess

Hotel staff were very friendly and lobby was nice and clean. Rooms were old with water damage stains on walls and ceilings. Burns in carpet and curtains(in a nonsmoking room) with a stale smell in the room. Tub was old and stained. Hot water lasts about 2.5 minutes

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the desk clerk was polite and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, and we just had to walk across the parking lot for supper at the Golden Corral.

I paid for a room for my 20 year old daughter. I did not realize that someone in the room had to be 21. There were tornadoes that went through that night, so I asked if an exception could be granted so that she had a safe place to stay. I was denied. I paid for a room that no one used. Very disappointed that the manager would not make an exception. The series of tornadoes that swept through the southern states killed approx 40 people, so there was a real threat to her safety.
