Stylish and very comfortable, Villa Rosmarino Muntrilj has a total area of 125m2 and consists of two floors. It is ideal for 6 people.
The ground floor area offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs, a stylish dining area, a very comfortable living area with Smart TV, air conditioning, glass walls and direct access to the pool area. There is also 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and another guest toilet.
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV.
The outdoor area consists of an attractive pool area with covered terrace and a large garden. The covered terrace with dinning table is the right place to hide from the sun, and the BBQ is just perfect for preparing steaks or fresh fish for your loved one.
The house has underfloor heating, so you can stay in it even in winter.
Groups of young people are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request.
