I’ve vacationed at this best western several times since I was a child in 1986, last being 2022 and will not be returning after this encounter. Check in staff was very kind and proper, checking out lady seemed annoyed about my complaint of mold, I didn’t want any compensation just an acknowledgement of the complaint because mold is serious ( have photos) I have I mentioned Visible Mold in room? Im not sure if this is an extended stay but sure seemed like it. The parking lot in the late evening was filled with ladies of the night and barefoot vagrants. The remote control for the TV was dripping with water as if someone dropped in the toilet. They replaced it. Literally took back cover off water came out of remote control.
