There was a squirrel in my room! It was rummaging in my suitcase and running around the room! I definitely want a refund! I told the management and showed them and they said because i booked the room online they couldn't give me a refund, that i would have to complain to expedia.ca! Well i am complaining! The staff is very nice there this is the only bad experience i had there as i stayed there before!
