Guests have exclusive access to the main and upper levels of the home, including all three bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and private backyard.
The basement is a completely separate suite with its own private entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces.
Good to Know
• One bedroom is located on the main level, with two additional bedrooms upstairs (approximately 10 steps).
• Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for all guests on the property.
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for check-in and check-out purposes only. It faces away from the home and is not actively monitored.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Lawn maintenance is professionally handled during the growing season.
• During winter months, a shovel is provided should walkway clearing be needed.
• Early check-in may be available when scheduling permits. Please ask before arrival.
