Yes we felt neglected. Stops Outside at the airport for 1.5 hours. We tried and tried to call the hotel at the number they gave us and nobody answered. We got to the hotel and it was noisy with doors closing and rowdy behaviour until 2 am.

The room was so small with low ceilings and a tiny window, it was claustrophobic. I had to upgrade to a suite for an extra $75/night. Second nignt it was windy and I woke up to the wind whistling through the hvac unit. I had to shove a towel between the unit and its cover to make it stop. It was $30/ night for parking. A cash grab as this hotel is near the airport, not downtown where it is expected. I will never stay there again.

Here are the key points! Very! Very! Old building with maybe 71/2 ft celing heights The pictures over exaggerate the condition and feel The hallways and elevators were very dirty we stayed on the 8th floor quiet room but the bathroom was VERY! Small good shower water pressure but the bathroom sink water pressure was ridiculously slow plan an extra 15 minutes for a shave. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and the hotel restaurant was closed with nothing in the area to eat accept the typical snacks in the lobby. The new Hyatt is next door I found out it is the same owner it looked great and worth as possible next booking. I would NEVER stay here again it’s literally a 1960’s era holiday Inn like hotel with a refresh that is not so good. We ended having lunch and a beer before our flight out at the Sheraton at the airport should have booked and stayed here more money but a Gorgeous hotel with great food and atmosphere. Sorry I don’t ever do many reviews but this was so disappointing that everyone needed to know. If you are looking for Cheap in all aspects this is the place to stay.

When we book this room, we did not get the breakfast option as we don’t need breakfast for 2 days. We were planning to have breakfast on February 15 as on the 16th we had an early checkout as we have to proceed for dialysis treatment right away. When we book the hotel there was a special of $20 for two people per day, so we decided to just go for breakfast on the 15th but we were shocked that it was $30 per person. We had no choice but go for breakfast but the price was highway robbery. The hotel staff mentioned that they have nothing to do with Expedia bookings, and could not give us the rates.
