some of downs sides:The suite was uncomfortably cold upon our arrival and during our stay. Air conditioning is controlled by the upstairs suite and was blowing cold air a lot of the time. A space heater in the main area provided some heat. Toilet paper is listed among the things provided during the stay but there was only enough for the first night. Toilet paper was delivered shortly before we left. In the meantime we did purchase our own. The suite was “broom clean”, but not “hotel standard” clean. Some glasses were sticky and had to be washed before use and some were cracked & chipped. The extra folding mattress for our son was stained and quite dirty and did not have appropriate bedding. The throw blanket on the couch had to be laundered before we felt comfortable to use it. Stains on the chair, coffee tables not wiped. The bathroom light and fan came on every half hour through the night and ran for a half hour. We had to disconnect it each night and reconnect each morning so we were not awakened through the night. Jack was good about replying to our questions but there were so many issues with the place and we did not have the time to address or rectify every concern as we had a busy itinerary through the day.

Convenient for Brampton and vicinity shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood

No issues, except for TV which works only if you have a Roku account. Otherwise clean with all basic amenities present. If you intend to cook. I recommend you bring your own oil/condiments as the one’s on the premises had a bad odor-past expire date I presume. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to shops and restaurants

This basement apartment has a private entrance, it’s thoughtfully appointed and has everything you need for a great stay! Including shampoo, conditioner and body soap! Owner is very attentive and quick to respond!

Originally me and my family booked the rental property for 4 nights. We absolutely loved our stay so much that we extended our stay for another night. We loved it!! they're so nice

I initially booked a 10-day stay but ended up staying for a week because they were so accommodating and helpful. They made the process incredibly easy, providing everything we needed, including a prayer mat. We absolutely loved our stay. They responded super quickly, even at 5 AM when we requested to turn up the heat.
