Thank you for taking a look at my rental home. This is an entire detached unshared house. No one else will be on the property. Spacious and cozy with modern decor. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, only 5 minutes walking distance to supermarket and major plaza.

This house has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, and 1 powder. Home-like dining area with large windows spanning the entire front side of the house, giving an excellent view of the greenery outside. Cozy dedicated office/living area with TV for all your work and entertainment enjoyment.

3 queen size beds. Adequately equipped kitchen & bathroom. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your exclusive use.

Beautiful backyard and sunroom sitting area to relax to.

Professionally cleaned at each checkout. Fast and reliable Bell Fibre wifi. Good for work/study from home & Zoom.

The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our next door neighbor is a family with kids in the house. Maintaining a quiet and family environment throughout the entire property, indoor and outdoor, is our number 1 priority.

Parties and gatherings prohibited and illegal by the City of Toronto bylaw.

No special events, commercial activities, photoshoots, video making, outside guests are allowed. Anyone that is not a confirmed guest entering the house for any reason is considered a social gathering. (If you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking.)

There are surveillance cameras right outside the house. There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware) in the house. If any social gathering is scheduled, we will know. We will call the police, remove you from the house immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. (not joking) Your entire booking fee and security deposit will also not be returned to you.

This house is only to be used for lodging purposes.

I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual safety.
