Really nicely located. A less than 10-minute walk from Union station and Scotiabank Arena (perfect if you’re taking the train and/or attending a concert/show/match). CN tower view very close as well. Many fast food chains around it for food options (Subway, Starbucks, Tim’s, Chipotle, shawarma, etc.) and a shoppers. The hotel’s exterior is a little off-putting as it is on a side street (construction and weather also adds to that) but the inside is very luxurious for how affordable this was. Check-in was super seamless, simple and efficient. We were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. The room itself was super clean and in perfect condition. There was complimentary water and chocolate which was a nice touch. Although only having one pair of slippers and bathrobes when there are two guests is something they should keep an eye for. Bathroom was properly spacious and stocked. Slight disappointment as the difference between our hotel room’s layout being different than what was shown in pictures. Overall, would highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the downtown area.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and will most likely stay here again , the only downfall this time was that the on-restaurant was closed which also meant no room service or breakfast on site, I feel that the price paid for the room should have reflected this drawback or at least have mentioned prior to booking that the restaurant was closed down.

Unfortunately the property was not what I was expecting at all. Every person that I dealt with except the nice lady I checked out with was rude. The lock on the door was broken, floor coming up outside the bathroom, shower did not drain and was filling with water so we just didn’t use it. They claimed there was a balcony, there was a sliding door to something you can’t even stand on. Thankfully my stay was short and definitely won’t be at this place again.

Nothing spectacular

It was just okay. Basic room that needed fixing, for example: toilet handle was loose, toilet paper roll holder was also loose, wood laminate flooring had gaps between the planks, very dark, and so many light switches that did nothing. No on-site dining. However, the staff were great. Even so, I would not stay there again.

Great hidden spot

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Toronto. Very convenient location with a kitchen and fridge. It's close to Union Station, downtown sightseeing, and the TTC. If you're looking for amenities such as breakfast, this is probably not your place. It suited our needs just fine.
