We checked in for 5 nights, only complaint is 1.5 rolls of toilet paper was left for us and that was not enough. We left the rest of our pack for the next guests, hopefully they don’t run out! The view was AMAZING!

its a great price for this place at this prime location, My family enjoyed it very much, Close to public transport, cn tower was across the road. Walking distance to lot of food options. There was a minor issue with a dead battery on a smoke detector that cause false alarm, I contacted the host and within 2 hours she had a technician came and replaced it to stop the noise. Great communication. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation .. 10/10 Rating here. If i could give it 11 i would.

Great Place, Amazing Views

For starters the unit was beautiful and offered million dollar views. Problem is you need to deal with getting up/down to the 40th floor. The elevator was a bit of a pain in the ass. Not sure I considered the downfalls of living on the 40th floor. There was a few issues in the condo during my stay and the management company was notified. The owner showed up the next day and was able to address 2 out of the 3. The living area AC was not working and he had to get a repairman out the day I checked out. Hey, things happen.

Do not rent from this company. They will scam you on your security deposit. They will not refund my deposit. These pillows were gross and nasty and we put them in the closet and did not use them. Stay as far away as you can from them.

Excellent location. Very clean. It was tricky to see the address outside of the building. We had a bit of trouble finding it the first time. Would be nice they had coffee pods for the Keurig, (although there are great coffee places close by) and perhaps put some photos in the four picture frames that all say “urban supply?”

Great location, good value for money. Photos of the unit were deceiving though. I specifically chose what I thought was the same condo I previously stayed in based on the photos of the unit of the website, but I was given a completely different unit that didnt have the view of the CN Tower and the city that I was hoping for for my international visitors that were with me. Other than that, the place was nicely decorated, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, but the water in the shower didnt drain properly and filled up the tub while you were taking a shower.

I enjoyed my stay here and it was conveniently located downtown. Gorgeous views of the city and the lake. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was very spacious. The elevators do take a long time since it’s a high rise building. I would stay here again!

So close to Rogers Centre that I can leave the building and walk to the gate in less than 5 minutes! Beds were very comfortable. Great to have access to a full kitchen and laundry. My only suggestion is the main bedroom door needed to be adjusted because it doesn’t stay shut and there is almost no light in the bathroom off that bedroom. I felt like I was having a shower by candle light, lol We had a great experience with communication with the rental company. They were very responsive and did everything within their power to ensure we had a great stay.

This was a fantastic appartment for view and location. The company was also very clear with their communication and prompt. I will say that the appartment could have been a lot cleaner; when we got there there was hair in the showers, the coffee machine was not emptied, the rug was visibly dirty, the windows were filthy. There were also some broken things: one of the doors had only one hinge, some lightbulbs were out, the lamp in the lounge was broken. These were not deal breakers for us, but things to note for the company. For the price and location, I would still recommend this apartment and stay here again myself. The view was worth it!

Nothing short of terrible. This is a scam — a pure one. We booked a nice apartment near the Rogers Centre in Toronto. When we arrived, we spent over 30 minutes trying to locate the keys. After three phone calls, we were finally told that Global Stay had moved our reservation to another apartment 15 minutes further north — without any prior notice. When we eventually arrived at the second apartment around 5 PM, it was far less luxurious than what we had originally booked. Worse, there were no sheets, pillows, or blankets available for the first night for the 2nd bed. The equipment and furnishings in the apartment were very minimal and not at all in line with the standard we are used to with any rentals. The view was far from what we originally booked. I never taught we would stay in an appartement with chicken wire! Aside getting a lot of excuses, we got no money back at all!!! A pure scam.

Our apartment was very nice. I was disappointed that the description said separate bath and shower when in reality, there was only a shower. Well stocked and clean. This isn’t a hotel, it’s condos.

Fantastic views!

A very nice property albeit needing TLC! Very comfortable and clean. Patio furniture would have been a plus. We'd stay here again! Fantastic location and views!
