The property worked wonderful to attend a concert with a hotel stay. However, the bars were not well stocked- had a menu out but couldn't make the drinks on it!

Shuttle bus should extend to 24/7. Not everyone can get to Toronto before 9 pm. And having minimum of four (4) shuttle drivers would be nice. That way people can get to the aiport without missing their flight.

I had two nights booked and in the morning house keeping walked into my room and said i was supposed to be checked out. I called the front desk and thought it was taken care of but then a manager walked into my room while I was in the bathroom and said we are supposed to be checked out!!! The casino feels like sadness. No hospitality anywhere

Stay was better than I could’ve imagined. Service was great, nothing went wrong, rooms were super clean and spacious. So sad to leave, but I’ll be back for sure! Don’t hesitate, book a room and you’ll have zero disappointments.

Great place, horrific pillows…

We were coming from NY and wanted to stay one night to go to the hockey hall of fame. We however live in Alabama so we’re excited to go to a casino. This place was VERY clean. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable but the pillows were the absolute worst things we have ever slept on. Woke up with sore necks and slept terrible. Such a shame to have such a nice hotel and nice amenities and junk hard bricks for pillows. Got to see some horses on the track racing and that was a nice surprise more. Had I have known they just randomly practice out there I would have paid more for the track view. Good Variety of restaurants, pizza wasn’t good and they got our order wrong so maybe avoid them but Tim Hortons was good.
