A/c was broken during a heatwave and the shower was broken so only provided ice cold water. When maintenance was sent up, they started to open up holes in the wall and then never returned to close them. The front desk was sympathetic upon check out

The Hilton Garden Inn is close to the airport and has shuttles to get you to and from the airport. All shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. The dining area was clean, food was great, and the servers were very nice and considerate. The check-in staff was good, less friendly - but efficient.

The one thing you hope to get at a good hotel is a good night's sleep. The CUBIO alarm was broken and we were woken up by an alarm that we did not set (we use our phones) in the night. The cubio was attaced to a cable so we couldn't unplug it and by the time we got someone to bring a screw driver and turn it off we were wide awake.

We had a lovely stay. This was a return trip and the location was great for access to the airport and train. The hotel was relatively clean albeit dated on our floor (14th). We ran into a problem at checkout as the power went out and the elevator was disrupted. We were travelling with my 15 year old son who was wearing an air cast. We were on the 14th floor. There was no other exit access except the stairs AND we had luggage. So that we didn’t miss our flight we had to walk. This I found unacceptable. A porter was supposed to be sent to our room to help carrry luggage, but didn’t show up. This was unsafe and could have delayed my son’s recovery. An apology was given but no compensation was offered for our inconvenience and stressful check out. We enjoyed the hotel but not the experience.

The shuttle to the airport was excellent. The food in the restaurant was good but limited options. No outside area. I called the front desk and was put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
