Front desk Credit card Machine was down and they needed a deposit (even if the room was fully paid) Her solution was for me to sleep outside... Until some else tried to use the machine and got denied also. Then she find another way. I waited 1h30 to check into my room and also had to sleep outside. No help, no willingness to help me Her only solution was '' do you want to try again'' After a 17h fly day, this was brutal.
