I was disappointed that there was no water( bottled) in the room, there was no paper & pen in the room as I needed to do some work. I was not happy about paying for parking ($25 a night). The room was excellent, clean, spacious, bathrooms were nice, overall the property was well maintained Great staff. I’d stay again.

Shuttle from airport very unclear where to get it. Failed twice. Going to the airport no problems. 7s bus from stop S at the airport will take you back there.

Great hotel but they should be mindful that the shuttle drivers are often a persons' first and/or last impression of the hotel and CANADA for some international travellers. Shuttle drivers rolling down the window to swear at other drivers and dropping off passengers in completely wrong areas of the airport to avoid traffic (instead of the departures terminal where they are meant to drop off) is not professional and left a bad taste in my mouth. As a proud Canadian, this does not represent how we want to be perceived.

Unfortunately Management at Holiday Inn Express, demonstrated more interest into Reservation over Customer Safety. My family was delayed due to Connecting Flight from Hong Kong and missed our Connection flight from Vancouver to Toronto. There was a WEATHER TYPHOON in Hong Kong which delayed the Flight take off. Holiday Inn Express was contacted and the response was, You're a 'NO SHOW' you. No Refund and NO future Credit!

The only thing wrong was the carpet or something was smelling of chemicals on the 5th floor and spreading into room Via Air conditioning. Had to turn off and got very hot in room and couldn't open windows. It made me feel awful.
