Front desk staff was Excellent! Very helpful, I called in advance with questions regarding shuttle, breakfast and late arrival. Shuttle device was perfect - the drivers to and from the airport and the breakfast staff were all excellent. Great team and staff working for the company!!!!!

Refugee Residence Hotel

The suite was a nice size and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. This location seemingly houses several refugee families which gives it a more residential vibe. Hot breakfast was normal but very crowded with all the refugee families. The suite we had on the top floor took 3-4 minutes to get hot water to all the faucets. Clearly the recirc system was not working. Not a big deal but inconvenience if in a hurry and quite a waste of water. Maintenance tech did nothing about the hot water.

We stayed on an overnight trip to Costa Rica. The accommodation for our family of six was excellent- transportation to and from the airport and a morning breakfast- all included. I would recommend this hotel based on our stay.
